A: Watchful Eye & Lending Hand is locally owned and operated. We are not restricted by any franchising companies. What does this mean to you? Watchful Eye & Lending Hand is able to fulfill all of your needs regardless of how large or small.
Q: HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED?
A: Services are available within 24 hours of request.
Q: CAN I CHANGE THE SCHEDULE IF I HAVE APPOINTMENTS?
A: You may change the schedule at any time. We work for you, so you should not have to worry about your schedule. Simply call in to our friendly representatives with any changes.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES IN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES?
A: Yes. In the event a client needs extra attention or long term care in assisted living facilities, we provide companion and transportation care.
Q: DO I PAY THE CAREGIVER?
A: No. There is no money exchanged between clients and caregivers. You will be billed directly by Watchful Eye.
